I am a volunteer tour guide up on Hadrian's Wall, I bought a copy of this to get a feel for the authors work. What a super little book to introduce Roman London to an interested audience looking for an introduction and guide. it takes you from 30CE to 245CE and acts as a kind of modern explorers guide around the remains of the Roman city that people can still see today. It helps that the many of the images, computer generated are particularly clear and well constructed. The maps inside will more than help people find the sites set out in the book.
